We are responsible for each purchase you make. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we offer you return & exchange policy.
15 days return or exchange policy. We only allow Returns and Exchange of the product purchased from Gaurikestore within 15 days.
Returns and exchange is only allowed in case the product is in original condition. It should not be used, washed, altered, tampered and should be in saleable condition along with original tags, invoice and packaging intact (e.g shoes must be sent along with the brand shoe box)
The returned product will undergo quality check after it is received at our warehouse / store. In case of failure of quality check, the product will be returned to the buyer.
- Returns and exchange is not possible in case products are purchased using gift vouchers, gift cards, and e-gift vouchers
- No Returns and Exchange possible for altered garments
- No Returns and Exchange possible for Perfumes, Deodorants , Inner wear , Under Garments and Nightwear for hygiene purpose.
- No shipping charges if any, will be refunded in case of Returns and exchange
- Exchange of any product/s is possible within the sale period only.
Return / exchange merchandise is possible in the following ways:
- Returns and exchangeis only allowed in case the product is in original condition. It should not be used, washed, altered, tampered and should be in saleable condition along with original tags, invoice and packaging intact.
- You may write to us Customercare@Gaurikgroup.com and request for a return or exchange. Our Authorize Shipping Partner will collect the merchandise from the delivery address through courier within 7 working days from the date raised for request.
- The returned product will undergo quality check after it is received at our warehouse / store. In case of failure of quality check, the product will be returned to the buyer. May take 7-10 working days to complete the request. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the returned product undoing through quality test fails, the product shall be shipped backed to buyer.
- For exchange, a new order number will be generated, and you would be informed on order confirmation through email.
Refund of any Order is Subject to Management Discretion.
