- Though we put our extensive effort to deliver the product on time.
- But, as per local guidelines, in unusual circumstances the delivery of any product can take minimum 7 days approximately.
- During the unlikely circumstances, when we are completely unable to deliver your order, we are liable to cancel the undelivered order and information of the same will be provided via email.
- In any of such circumstances, the payment against the undelivered part of the order is ensured to be refunded.
- If case of multiple orders, the separate shipment is made from diverse locations.
- You will be intimated via email in case we are unable to complete the shipment.
- In case of any damage, or the product is not in good condition, please refuse to accept the delivery of the package, and write to us at customercare@Gaurikgroup.com along with order reference number with Video Clip.
- We will ensure the replacement delivery at the earliest possible way.
- In case of any discrepancy in the delivery of order, we request you to write us at customercare@Gaurikgroup.com within 2 working days . Failure to do so, the claim will not be valid.
- As per Indian tax regulations, please note that all items (including gifts) will be shipped along with an invoice and price mentioned over it.
